The initiative was implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH through the GAIN and WoMENA projects, on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), in partnership with SARH International Training & Consulting.
